As artificial islands grow on the coast of Dubai by NAKHEEL which attracts investors and allows anyone to own his/her private island. A special project which is the world islands was developed in which INSPIRE found an opportunity to show the world some of its potentials. In cooperation with NAKHEEL, a unique design was formed inspired by the space, using innovative materials, design practices, and construction technologies with continuous lines shaping the island villas accompanied by a free energy plan where solar panels are designed to give the island its need of energy and water is collected and filtered back to be used. This ISLAND sounds to be covering all the sustainable rules and making it the first of its kind as an energy-free community in the sea.
Surrounded by crystalline water and white powdered sand has a private pool for each villa and a private beach with amenities for the whole island such as SPA, GYM, and RESTAURANT. The residents of the island would find it a unique experience in which they will enjoy their privacy by admiring the skyline of DUBAI at a distance and enjoying the activities that can be done on the island.
This Project is to be finished within a year since INSPIRE is using the latest construction methods such as prefabricated concrete and 3D printing.
